Some of you may have already purchased Disney Infinity 2.0 yesterday when it was released, but for those of you who haven’t yet, here are some of the deals we’ve seen at some different retailers.
First off, Walmart is offering a $10 Walmart gift card with the purchase of the Disney Infinity 2.0 starter pack.  You can find some more details about this promotion here on Walmart’s website and I believe it’s also available in stores.
Target was giving away an exclusive Disney Infinity poster for players who purchase Infinity 2.0 from them.  I’m not sure if this promotion is still running but it might be worth checking in to…the poster looks pretty cool!
Gamestop is now accepting trade-ins for Disney Infinity figures.  If you have any extra figures that you’re looking to get rid of, this may be a good option!  Hopefully this means they will be selling some used figures at a lower price.  It would be an easier way to complete your collection if they had a selection of used figures available!
Granted, you can probably get more money for your figures by selling them on Ebay or elsewhere online, but this seems like an easy option.  Infinity Inquirer reported that someone was able to trade in a Syndrome figure for about $9 which is pretty decent.  Not having to deal with Ebay fees or shipping is another plus.
Lastly, if you didn’t purchase the full Disney Infinity 2.0 starter pack, you’re in luck!  The Avengers play set and the single Thor figure are now available for preorder on Amazon.  Both the Avengers play set and the Thor figure will be released on November 4th.  Thor can be preordered for $13.99 or you can preorder the Avengers play set for $34.99.
We’re still having fun playing Disney Infinity 2.0 but check back soon for more updates on the new game!
